            Health Walks (50+)

            Take those first steps to a healthier lifestyle and meet new people.

            Midlothian’s Ageing Well Project are currently running Health Walks in and around the Mayfield area.

            These walks take place every Thursday at 2pm. This will be starting on the 5th August 2010 from the MAEDT Centre.

            The walks last for approx 1 hour and are suitable for all abilities.

VOCAL's opening hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.  Working with carers, the group provides,
